Micro Battles ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by Ali Shour. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
Account information: When you sign in, we collect your email address to create and authenticate your account with a one-time passcode (OTP). We do not store passwords.
Profile information: Username, avatar (including an optional photo you upload), and friend code.
Game and progress data: Scores, XP, coins, quests, streaks, pet customization, leaderboard rankings, and gameplay statistics.
Social and multiplayer data: Friends list, friend requests, session codes, and display names shared during multiplayer.
Device and service data: Purchase identifiers used to restore in-app purchases, push notification tokens (when you enable notifications), and limited diagnostic information used to keep the app reliable.
Support messages: If you contact us in-app, we receive your message along with your account email and username.
Preferences: Settings such as sound, music, haptics, theme, and notification preferences may be stored on your device and/or synced with your account.
Your account and synced game data are stored on secure cloud servers with access controls designed to keep your information protected. Authentication session tokens are stored on your device using the platform’s secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
We use trusted third-party providers to help operate the app, including authentication and cloud hosting, in-app purchase management, advertising, push delivery / app updates, and crash diagnostics. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information.
Some games may be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. On iOS, we use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework — you will be prompted before tracking. If you decline, ads may still appear, but they will not be personalized through cross-app tracking. On Android, advertising identifiers and consent choices are handled according to platform rules and your device settings.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, associated data (profile, scores, friends, push tokens, purchase records we store, and related account data) is removed from our servers. Some limited records may remain temporarily in backups or where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This action is permanent. App Store / Play Store purchases and billing are managed by the stores; deleting your account does not automatically issue refunds. For lifetime purchases or billing questions, use your store’s purchase support.
Micro Battles is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
